Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy
At RAMYKA, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges for products that are:

Damaged during transit

Defective upon arrival

Incorrectly delivered (wrong product, size, or color)
To initiate an exchange request:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Share clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the issue.

Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.
RAMYKA reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

Product received is damaged or defective and a replacement is unavailable.

Incorrect product delivered and a replacement is unavailable.

Order cancelled by RAMYKA due to stock unavailability or other operational reasons.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after purchase.

Incorrect size selection by the customer.

Slight color variations due to screen settings and photography.

Minor variations in handcrafted or customized products.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving the customer's bank account details.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Customized or personalized products.

Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.

Gift cards.

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
DAMAGED PACKAGE
If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
Failure to report damage within 48 hours of delivery may affect the eligibility of your claim.
PROCESSING OF EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your request.
If approved:

Exchange orders will be dispatched within 3-7 business days.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
