SHIPPING TIMELINES

At RAMYKA, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The dispatch timeline from the date of placing an order is generally 1-3 working days, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page. Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3-7 working days across India.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist you.


SHIPPING CHARGES

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders across India.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional charges may apply and will be displayed during checkout.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking details and courier partner information.

You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment's progress on the courier partner's website.


ORDER DELAYS

While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the specified timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier service issues

  • Public holidays

In the event of a delay, our team will keep you informed and work diligently to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.


NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY

Please ensure that the shipping address, pin code, and contact number provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partners will attempt re-delivery according to their policies. In case the shipment is returned to us due to repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, an additional shipping charge may be applicable for re-dispatching the order.

Orders returned due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability are not eligible for shipping charge refunds.


DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photographs of the package.

We will investigate the issue and provide appropriate assistance.
